2004 Heritage H555 Classic

The Heritage H555 is an ornately appointed thinline semi-hollow electric evolved from Gibson's ES-355. The guitar features a figured maple body with multi-layered purflings and a deep honeyburst sunburst, gold hardware, a distinctive bound maple pickguard and a bound ebony fingerboard. The inlay pattern is borrowed from Gibson's Advanced Jumbo but with abalone center diamonds and mother of pearl blocks in the upper frets.

Low D neck carve with 1-11/16” width at the nut and 24.75” scale. Frets are a medium jumbo 6105-style wire that show little wear and are very nicely dressed. The guitar plays easily and is set-up well with 11-49 roundwound strings.

Cosmetically near perfect, this Heritage is nearly flawless but for a very small section of chipped finish along the neck's binding in the 12th fret area.
