1953 Gibson ES-175

Serial # A-15833, FON Y5306-14. With its dark tobacco sunburst finish, thick plastic bindings, pearloid split parallelogram inlays and headstock crown, this ES-175 is a stunning guitar. It's in very fine condition, and plays perfectly thanks to a recent refret and new nut, compliments of our repair shop.

Original finish is in excellent condition throughout, as are the guitar's original tuners, P-90 pickup and wiring harness, and control knobs. The original bridge base is slightly modified, the tailpiece is a nice replacement (original screw-holes used), and the pickguard is no longer.

Classic mid 1950's rounded neck with 1-11/16" width at the nut. The neck feels wonderful and the guitar is easy and fun to play.

With original Lifton hardshell case
