1973 Gibson Les Paul Deluxe
Serial # 131066. Pots all dated 1973. The cleanest 40+ year old Les Paul we've ever seen, this Deluxe is something of a time capsule. No repairs or modifications, original nearly-unworn finish and frets, untarnished bridge, tailpiece and pickup covers, and 100% original. Nut has never been out, and its tuners never off.
The guitar plays perfectly, neck has a 1961 feel - with a full 1-11/16" width at the nut and somewhat shallower depth. Frets are level, neck angle good, and the set-up (done here) is excellent.
Mini humbuckers, sandwich mahogany body with three-piece plain maple cap, three piece mahogany neck with bound Indian rosewood fingerboard, cream plastic and unfaded cherry sunburst finish.
With original hardshell case
