The Martin D-41 is a glorious mix of wood and pearl, nicely outfitted with Standard Series vintage appointments. It's a remarkably beautiful guitar, made more so by its complex, dark, and rich tone.
Forward shifted scalloped-braced Sitka spruce top, master-grade Indian rosewood back and sides, Style 45 hexagon fingerboard inlays and vertical C.F. Martin headstock inlay in abalone pearl. Antique white bound body, headstock, and neck, abalone pearl top border, Style 45 back strip, pearl-dot bridge pins, bone nut and saddle. Polished, bevelled edge tortoise-pattered pickguard, gold open-geared tuning machines. 25.4" scale neck, 1-3/4" wide nut, modified low oval neck carve.
