2012 Bourgeois 00 Country Boy
A wonderfully intimate, expressive, warm, and open 00 sized guitar, this Bourgeois Country boy is among the more beguiling modern small-body guitars to have come through in some time. It's a really hard guitar to set down, to be honest. All of these instrument descriptions are written with the subject guitar in hand, and right now there's more music than writing going on!
Sitka spruce and mahogany body, hide-glue construction, tortoise celluloid bindings and pickguard, and wooden purflings. Ebony bridge and fingerboard, Ziricote headstock overlay and heelcap. Waverly tuners, bone nut, saddle, and pins. Grained ivoroid headstock inlay and fingerboard dots, gloss finish.
Short 25” scale, 1-23/32” nut width, C carve neck, 2-3/16” string spread at the bridge. Apart from a few small dings on the back of the headstock the guitar is in exceptional condition. Set-up in shop with fingerstyle action.
