2011 Santa Cruz H Model

This 14-fret H model marries the high-level craftsmanship that Santa Cruz is famous for with the blueprint that Gibson drew up for the venerable L-00 in the early 1930's. It's a beautifully executed creation, with a better-than-new factory refinish and master-grade tone woods. The guitar originally arrived to Folkway with minor finish staining due to the dye of its original factory-issued case.

We sent it back to SCGC under warranty for a perfect factory refin job - new frets, bridge and pickguard were also fitted as part of the job. Santa Cruz replaced the case under warranty as well.

The guitar is responsive, and its lightness of build results piano-like clarity from string to string. It's a loud guitar, and the L-00 size makes it really comfortable to hold.

Standard depth H model body with Indian Rosewood back and sides. Sitka Spruce top with double-tapered scalloped bracing, one-piece mahogany neck and ebony fingerboard. Ebony bridge, solid headstock with nickel Gotoh open-geared tuners; bone nut and compensated saddle. Rounded D carve neck with a nut width of 1-11/16" and 25.4" scale. The string spacing at the bridge is 2-1/8".

With brand new custom Ameritage hardshell case.
