2009 Marc Beneteau OMC
Serial # 140309. With its African blackwood back and sides, Lutz spruce top, koa bindings, bevelled arm rest, soundport, Gotoh 510 tuners, and Marc Beneteau's famous attention to detail, neck feel, and tone this OMC is a particularly exciting guitar. Beneteau guitars are famous for balance and power, and their ability to give back more under a heavy right hand attack -- and this OM is true to this builder's reputation.
The guitar has been pro-used since new and shows fingernail wear in the top finish, light scratches throughout, and minor dents here and there. There are no repairs or any cracks or other damage to report, and the guitar has been stored in a Calton case since new. It has been set-up in our shop and plays very nicely; frets show some wear, particularly in the first 5 frets.
1-3/4" width at the nut, rounded D neck carve, 25.4" scale.
