2015 Martin D-28
Bought new at Folkway a few years back, this Martin D-28 has had a few years to mature and develop. The classic bluegrass guitar, this D-28 has power, headroom and cut, and is an excellent flatpicker.
Indian rosewood and sitka spruce with rear-shifted straight X brace for volume and projection. Ebony fingerboard and bridge, white bindings, sealed tuners, and bone nut and saddle. Gloss lacquer finish, black pickguard, gold foil C.F. Martin logo.
Apart from some playwear to the frets and the finish below the pickguard the guitar is in great shape. No repairs or modifications other than a strap button. Fresh set-up here at Folkway.
