2013 Martin 000-18E Retro
Equipped with a Fishman Aura imaging pickup system, the 000-18E Retro was designed to offer vintage Martin 000-18 tone both on stage and off. The guitar features a scalloped braced Sitka top, mahogany back and sides, vintage style 18 appointments, vintage-style tuners and an old-style headstock logo. A subtle aging toner was added to the top's lacquer finish to finish off the vintage look.
1-3/4” nut, 24.9” scale, low oval neck carve. Ebony bridge and fingerboard, bevelled tortoise pickguard.
The guitar is in excellent condition and is perfectly set-up. Frets show very light wear in the first position. Finish shows no playwear, and only a few very fine scratches on the back.
A very fine sounding 000-18, with a few years of opening-up under its strings. Balanced, round, and sweet.
