2011 Gibson AJ
Serial # 10131012. The modern Gibson AJ combines Gibson's wide-X scalloped bracing, a long-scale neck, and rosewood back and sides for a more powerful and darker sounding guitar. The AJ has always been Gibson's answer to Martin's D-28, and is a great choice for flat-picking and strumming.
This example is in excellent condition, and has just been set-up in our shop with new bone nut and saddle. No issues to speak of, and very light in the playwear and fretwear departments, too. A lovely guitar.
1-11/16" wide nut, round neck carve, 25.5" scale. Sitka spruce top, rosewood back and sides, white bindings, gloss lacquer finish with sunburst top. Madagascar rosewood fingerboard and bridge, pearl inlays, vintage style open-geared tuners, bone nut and saddle.
