1990 Gibson '61 SG Reissue
Serial # 935100441. An early '61 SG Reissue, featuring SG/LP Standard specs, one piece mahogany body, bound rosewood fingerboard, gloss cherry lacquer finish, and humbucking pickups.
An all-original guitar and nicely set-up in our shop, this SG plays beautifully. The frets are level and show only light playwear, and given that this SG is now 25 years old, it's in surprisingly good shape. There are small dings dents and light scratches in the finish, a bit of buckle wear on the back, and some pickwear on the pickup surrounds, but the instrument appears to have been well cared for.
Fast '61 profile neck with low round carve, 1-11/16" nut and 24.75" scale.
With original brown and pink hardshell case
