1974 Gibson ES-335TD

Completely original and in immaculate condition, this 1974 Gibson ES-335TD is a sight for sore eyes. The guitar’s unfaded dark walnut finish is incredible; in fact, we’ve never seen one with original factory color as deep and unaltered as this. It’s really quite gorgeous. There are no changed parts or repairs to report on, the electronics work perfectly, the neck angle and neck joint are perfect, the nut has never been removed, and the original tuners are great shape. Original finish throughout, with not much playwear to be seen. Original frets have plenty of life left and are dressed well. Set-up was done here at Folkway and the guitar plays wonderfully with a full-width neck and medium C carve.

Maple semi-hollow body with white bindings and walnut finish. Trapeze tailpiece and Tune-O-Matic bridge, standard Gibson humbucker wiring. Low/wide frets, Kluson double ring/double line tuners, pearloid block inlays in a bound rosewood fingerboard.

Original case is in matching condition.
