1972 Gibson ES-335

A particularly attractive early 70's ES-335, with Gibson-logo Patent # pickups, cherry sunburst finish, and an aftermarket Bigsby. The guitar is in great shape, with original electronics, frets, and hardware less the replaced bridge, which works well with the Bigsby.

Compact neck feel, with a nut that measures 1-9/16” and a slim/fast carve. Original frets show some wear but have lots of life left and play cleanly. Tuners work well, and the pickups sound excellent. Factory second stamp on the headstock rear for some cosmetic flaw that's long ago faded into patina, perhaps its the cracked finish around the neck joint. Saves you $500, or so, regardless. Neck heel is tight, and neck angle is good. A great sounding and playing ES-335.
