2007 Fender Custom Shop 1951 'Nocaster' NOS
The Fender Custom Shop NOS Nocaster is a faithful reproduction of one of the most iconic electric models in guitar history. The guitar features a premium ash body, U-shaped maple neck with Nitro finish and a radius of 7.25”, single-ply pickguard, vintage style bridge with brass saddles, flat domed heavy knurl knobs, and custom wound Nocaster pickups. The custom vintage wiring circuit features a blend-control in position 1, and the classic neck pickup dark circuit in position 3 (middle position is the bridge pickup without mods).
The guitar is all that and then some, and does the vintage Tele thing real well. The neck is heavenly, and at 7.0 Lbs, its weight is right in the pocket.
In near-mint condition and perfectly set up, this Tele leaves little to be desired. It comes with its two original cases as well – a molded modern case for every day use, and a reproduction tweed Thermometer case for show and tell. Original case docs and goodies are included as well.
