2010 Giffin Standard Hollowbody
With a carefully carved top of highly quilted maple and a hollowed one-piece mahogany body the Giffin Standard Hollow Body is a thing of beauty. A truly high-end guitar, the Giffen features Amalfitano Fullbuckers, Sperzel locking tuners, Tone-Pros bridge and pearl snowflake fingerboard inlays. Maple and mahogany laminate neck with bound rosewood fingerboard, set neck, pearl inlaid rosewood heel-cap and a pearl headstock logo.
The guitar has a wonderfully full, thick, and creamy tone in both positions, with that extra resonance brought into the mix by the hollow construction. The neck is carved into a full feeling very rounded V shape that feels heavenly, and the fretwork is beautifully done. 1-11/16” nut, 24.75” scale.
The guitar is in excellent condition and perfectly set-up. There are a few very minor dings that a close inspection will find, but it's otherwise without any flaws.
