Taylor 514ce

With its Western Red Cedar top and Honduran Mahogany back and sides the Taylor 514ce is designed to appeal primarily to the fingerstyle guitarist. This combination of tone woods results in more warmth and responsiveness than a similar Spruce-topped instrument; and many favor cedar for studio use as well. A refined instrument, the 514ce is tastefully adorned with geometric ivoroid fingerboard inlays, grained ivoroid body and fingerboard binding, and an multi-ring solid soundhole rosette. Nickel tuners, tortoise pickguard, ebony bridge pins, tusq nut and compensated saddle, and Taylor's ES-2 electronics.

1-3/4" nut width, 25.5" scale, Grand Auditorium body built with forward shifted scalloped bracing.

With deluxe hardshell case
