Ian Pattison's Tubaphone features a birds' eye maple capped 11” black walnut rim fitted with a Canadian made Tubaphone style tone ring. The hand-carved neck features a book-matched walnut headstock overlay, maple heel cap, ziricote fingerboard and hand-cut mother-of-pearl Canadian loon inlays. Side scallop frailing scoop allows excellent thumb access while maintaining upper fret playability.
