The Taylor GA-K combines the beauty of figured Koa, abalone pearl, grained ivoroid, Ebony and spruce into one of the most appealing acoustic Taylor guitar models. The Grand Auditorium body allows the bass response to breath, while maintaining the excellent string to string balance a fingerstyle musician seeks out in a high-end Taylor. The guitar's CV bracing adds responsiveness and complexity to the tone, while the Koa imparts great clarity and depth.
Gloss finished body with ivoroid bindings, abalone pearl trim and rosette, and fine purflings. Master-grade Sitka Spruce top, figured Hawaiian Koa back and sides. Mahogany neck, ivoroid-bound ebony fingerboard with pearl inlays, Macassar Ebony headstock overlay and gold tuning machines. 25.5" scale neck, 1-3/4" at the nut.
