2014 Lounsbury 012

A full-sounding, clean, present, and responsive flat top by Hamilton, Ontario builder Chris Lounsbury. The guitar is a little bit larger than an L-00, but with the latter's familiar body outline. Tastefully designed, the instrument's figured English Walnut and Engelmann spruce are bound in ebony and purfled with fine maple and ebony strips. Spalted maple rosette, ebony bridge, and side soundport. Bound headstock with pearl Great Lake inlays and front and rear overlays.

The guitar is beautifully French polished, and features a very comfortable neck carve, with rounded feel and slight V center-line. The guitar features a nut width of 1-23/32", string spread of 2-1/4" at the bridge, and a scale of 25.4".

A very lovely guitar in every way imaginable.

With hardshell case.
