1969 Martin D-18

Serial # 247404. With excellent playability, warm and open vintage D-18 tone and some good looks, this player-priced 60's Martin dread has a lot to offer. Crack-free top and back, clean previous neck reset, and completely original but for a replaced pickguard. A well-executed side repair is the guitar's flaw, but the work is fairly well done and easy to forget about. Best off, it has no impact on the instrument's tone. Mahogany back and sides, Sitka spruce top, Brazilian rosewood bridge and fingerboard, original ivory nut and saddle. Grover pat. Pend Rotomatic tuners, large Brazilian rosewood bridgeplate, no repairs other than the side-patch and a minor side crack. Original finish throughout, apart from the section of repaired side.

25.4" scale, 1-11/16" nut, action of 5 to 7 64ths, in-house setup with medium strings.
