1959 Gibson ES-175D

Serial # A31759. FON S9771. An exceptional playing, looking, and sounding 1959 ES-175 at a player's price.

16" single-cutaway body with original tobacco sunburst finish. Original pickguard, control knobs, tailpiece, and bridge. New Jason Lollar Imperial humbuckers, TonePros AVRII bridge-top (original wooden top in the case), and 1970's nickel Grover Rotomatics. Entirely new wire harness (original parts all in the case, too). New frets and nut by our shop.

The guitar plays effortlessly, and although its PAF pickups are long gone, the Lollar Imperials are a phenomenal replacement. The guitar sounds exceptional, and is a great Jazz and blues box. Original finish is in beautiful condition, too.

Beautiful 1959 neck carve with just the right depth and nicely rolled edges. 24.75" scale, 1-11/16" nut width.

With original brown/pink hardshell case
