1973 Fender Stratocaster
Serial #520661. Neck dated late 1971, pots dated late 1972, pickups dated late 1973. A completely original, unmodified, gorgeous and lightweight 1973 Fender Strat, in walnut finish with maple neck. Hard-tail, three-bolt neck, black bobbin staggered-pole pickups, alder body. In excellent condition, and perfectly set-up in our shop. A super-resonant guitar, with particularly good plugged in tone.
Original solder joints throughout, no body modifications, original plastic parts are in excellent condition, original frets, nut, tuners, strap buttons and finish. Classic round C neck carve, 1-5/8" nut, 7.0 Lbs even. A local guitar, this instrument has spent its first 40 years within an hour's drive of where it was bought new. One of the nicest walnut Strats currently on the market.
