1996 Fender 50th Anniversary Stratocaster Lefty
1996 was the 50th anniversary of Fender, and the company built 250 of these 50th anniversary left handed Stratocasters in celebration. It's a uniquely designed guitar, with a mix of features you won't find on other Strats.
Figured maple top and back on an alder body, finished with sunburst lacquer and dressed up with gold hardware. Three-ply white pickguard fitted with special 50th Anniversary American Standard staggered pole pickups and wired to a 5-way switch. The neck has a rosewood fingerboard with 9.5” radius and medium-jumbo frets, medium C carve and Gotoh sealed tuners.
In excellent-plus condition, the guitar shows very little wear and has been carefully set-up here at Folkway. Playability is excellent.
With original case and case pocket accoutrements.
