2012 Collings MT
With beautifully figured maple back and sides, honey-amber gloss-top finish and dark tortoise bindings this Collings MT is a particularly enticing mandolin. It's been played enough to have opened up really well over its short life and has exceptional tone, great depth and sustain. There are some dings and dents on the instrument's finish and edges, but no damage or repairs to report on.
We've just dressed the frets and given the instrument a thorough setting up, and it plays cleanly and well right up the neck. 1-1/8” nut width, radiused ebony fingerboard, guitar-size frets, bone nut, vintage style tuners, and cast tailpiece.
