Collings D1A

The D1A is always a shop favorite, with its woody and powerful voice, strong bass response and mahogany overtones. In our books, there's not very much that beats Adirondack spruce and mahogany.

Collings' take on the classic mahogany dreadnought features tortoise celluloid bindings and beveled pickguard, wooden purflings and rosette, ebony bridge, pins, fingerboard, and headstock overlay, and bone nut and compensated saddle. Pearl headstock inlay, Waverly tuning machines. High-gloss lacquer finish throughout.

This example is a standard D1, but with an upgraded Adirondack spruce top, and a nut width of 1-23/32". It's a phenomenally comfortable neck, and has an even more phenomenal tone.
