NEW LR Baggs Core 1
From the LR Baggs website:
The Acoustic Reference Amplifier, a product of three years' intensive
development, blends cutting edge loudspeaker design, analog and digital
circuit technology and industrial design to redefine the way that acoustic
guitar and vocals should be amplified.
At the heart of the amplifier is a patented Balanced Mode Radiator. The BMR
is a new type of loudspeaker that creates and radiates sound in a
fundamentally different and better way. This groundbreaking innovation was
specifically adapted for acoustic guitar by the engineers at LR Baggs. This
fully custom flat 8" honeycomb-diaphragm speaker employs a single 2" voice
coil to generate a 140 degree wide full range conical sound field with a
clean SPL of 108 dB. As all frequencies are generated by the one flat
diaphragm, there are no crossovers or time distortions to smear and muddy
the sound. Harmonics align naturally with fundamentals, so clarity and
detail are breathtaking but without the normal harshness or annoying
directionality of a multi-driver system.
200w amplification, two discrete preamps, 4-band EQs per channel with
tunable low and high mids, Garrett Null notch filtering, true spring reverb,
effects loops for each channel. Lightweight and rugged, with comfortable
handle, and good looks.

1974 Fender Twin Reverb
A Silverface master-volume all-tube Fender Twin Reverb. Original transformers, one changed speaker, original grille and Tolex, original footswitch. Tremolo currently non functional, but the amp otherwise works fine. As with any vintage tube amplifier, some service would help coax the most this beast has to offer, but to keep the price down on this one we're offering it as-is.

1966 Fender Vibrolux Reverb
Introduced in the fall of 1964, the Vibrolux Reverb replaced the outgoing non-reverb model. The blackface Vibrolux Reverb sported standard black face appointments of Black Tolex and knobs, and silver grille; along with two 10" Jensens and 35 watts. The amplifier pictured here dates from early '66. The Tube Chart date-code reads February 1966, speakers date to the 49th week of '65, transformers date between the 48th week of '65 and 4th week of '66, and the chassis code dates to the 8th week of '66. The amp is in excellent an original condition with the exception of a few tubes, a grounded ac plug, and a new upper back panel. And it sounds fantastic. The Tolex is in good shape with only minor scuffs and a few very small tears, the silver grill-cloth has no rips. A fine amplifier.

1951 Fender Pro-Amp
Serial # 2470, Model code 5A5; speaker code 220137, pot codes read 304025 and 304041. Introduced as the "Professional" back in 1946 and simplified to "Pro" shortly thereafter, the amp was next up from the Deluxe in fender's lineup. The 1951 TV-front Pro pictured here features a 15" Jensen Field Coil speaker, a pair of 6L6's in the power section, 6SC7 preamp tubes, and a 5U4 Rectifier. Tone, and two volumes are what you get - and they're all you'll want! Two instrument and two mic inputs to choose from. The amp sounds delicious - it makes me want to sell my car. Professionally serviced and re-capped, the Jensen F15N speaker was re-coned, and the AC cord replaced with a grounded plug. The handle is a non-original old-stock replacement, and the power tubes and first 6SC7 are newer. Original transformers, switch, knobs, pots, resistors, etc. Original Tolex has some moisture damage on front at bottom as is evident in the photos, and the grill cloth and baffle are original. To sweeten this deal even further, the amp comes with a heavy duty flight case (it's sized for a Twin, but is padded out to fit the Pro).

1960's Hohner Orgaphon Amplifier
For those of you who are tired of the mundane, may we suggest this EL-84 equipped German made Hohner Orgaphon 2x12 combo. Not you every day amplifier, the Orgaphone is actually an accordion amplifier - but we all think it's true calling is Rock n' Roll. It's about the size and power of a Fender Twin, but that's were the similarities end. Two channels, each with independent tremolo but with a shared reverb/drive control (as you dial up the reverb a heck of a lot of drive and howl comes along for the ride). The Bass channel has volume and tone controls, the Normal side is equipped with volume, bass, and treble. The sound comes at you through a pair of German 15 ohm 12" ceramic speakers, but the amplifier has a pair of speaker outs and is switchable between 15 and 3 ohms (really). The whole thing works perfectly and has a tone unlike anything else you're likely to find. It's a big, loud, and unrefined Blitzkrieg of an amplifier and sounds amazing. If you want the Farfisa accordion that came with it (not pictured) add on $250 to the price.

1960 Fender Tremolux
The Tweed Tremolux is unlike any other amplifier Fender produced up to that point. Essentially a Deluxe, but with tremolo, the Tremolux remained the highest power amp in the Fender lineup that had built-in tremolo. 6V6 powered, with a single 12" Alnico, mounted in a Pro-sized box. The amp pictured here is a model 5E9-A. Its tube chart dates to January 1960, pots date 1959, and transformers date late 1959. The amp has just emerged from our tech's shop after standard servicing; it has been re-tweeded gorgeously, and has a replacement Weber Signature Alnico speaker. Its point-to-point wiring is pretty much all original (minus the usual changed caps and resistors) as are the pots and transformers. Original knobs, grille-cloth, and handle. A great sounding vintage amp in expertly tailored new duds.

1957 Fender Super Amp
A narrow-panel tweed 6L6 Fender Super amplifier! The amp sounds like a million bucks, and will make you throw away every effect pedal that you've ever owned. There is not much out there that sounds as good as this thing does when you inch up the volume past half-way.
In pretty much original condition, this amp has been well serviced and has had the following minor changes: Original Jensen P-10R's have been re-coned, the power cord has been replaced with a grounded plug, the standby switch, presence pot, and speaker jack have been changed. The tweed, grill, handle, knobs, back panels, and innards are all there. The work was all done to the highest professional standards. Power transformer code of 8087, pot codes of 304738, capacitor codes from '56 and '57, and a chassis stamp of S01789 date the amp to '57. Unfortunately the paper tube chart is ripped, and the speakers have no date stampings on them. The original tweed covering is in used condition, with worn corners, but has no extreme wear. The upper back panel was once painted black, but in removing the paint the previous owner also removed the lacquer from the tweed. The amp looks superb, so to speak. The custom made padded cover is included with the amplifier. This is a rare opportunity to own one of the most desirable Fender amps ever made.

1962 Fender Deluxe Amp
The Brown Tolex Deluxe Amp was offered for a short period between 1961 and 1963. This model bridged the 50's tweeds and the blackface amps introduced in 1963. It features a 7025 pre-amp tube, 12AX7 powered tube tremolo, 6V6 power section and standard 5AR4 rectifier. Original 12" Oxford, original brown Tolex and wheat-colored grille-cloth are in extra fine condition. The amp was professionally serviced a few years back, and has had caps and power cord replaced. It is in perfect working order and sounds to-die-for. Original transformers date 51st week of '61 and 40th week of '60, speaker dates 11th week of '62, and pots date late 1961. Original handle, newer vinyl amp cover.

1966 Vibrolux Reverb
Tube chart code OA (January 1966), Chassis code dated to the 4th week of '66. The Vibrolux Reverb might be the most desirable Fender Blackface amp
of them all, and this particular Vibrolux might just be the nicest one you'll find! It's completely original and in perfect condition, and its
leaky power supply caps were just replaced (you'll get the originals with the amp). Original Gold-back Jensen C-10's (220-544), original transformers
(606-436, 606-549, 606-539). Capacitor codes all 41st week of 65. Mullard
5AR4 rectifier, Sylvania 6L6GCs, Mullard and RCA 12AX and AT7's, one newer 12AX7. Original foot switch and power cord. Original, somewhat tattered,
Victoria amplifier case. All that being said, have a look at the photos and imagine how good this amp sounds. Can you hear that perfect grille-cloth?
How does that spotless black Tolex sound? What about those sexy red and black speaker-backs? Yes, we think so too! Got a mint-condition '66
Strat? This amp would make it a nice pair!
